To reserve a study room, use the Library's Room Booking site. Use the link provided or go to the Library Resources page of the portal and, under Contact the Library, choose "Book a Room in the Library" -> "Student Study Spaces."
Select the date and time of your preferred reservation and select search. Available rooms will display. Select "Book Now" under the room you prefer then agree to the terms and Submit your booking. Check your Ulster email for a confirmation message.
If you are not already logged in to the Portal, you will be prompted to log in with your SUNY Ulster username and password. Study Room reservations are for students only. All reservations must be made at least one hour in advance.
Study Rooms are for use by current students only.
